Underground car parks, parking decks and multi-storey car park areas are constantly exposed to enormous challenges from the weather, water, aggressive de-icing salts and mechanical stress. Particular attention should be paid to the transition area from the floor joint profile to the protective car park coating (OS systems).

Our carbon composite floor joint profiles, specially developed for these areas of application, prevent damage, and protect the asset in the long term.

FloorBridge® joint profiles are absolutely free of metal and therefore 100% rust-free – therefore also resistant to frost and de-icing salt. The waterproof design of the FloorBridge® floor joint profiles significantly reduce maintenance costs.

Due to the similar thermal expansion coefficients of the joint profile, coating and concrete, a tight and force-fitted transition is tested and ensured.

FloorBridge® profiles are designed for immediate installation in any length. Profiles of standardized length are adjusted and glued on site. There is no need to wait for special parts such as wall skirtings or corners. FloorBridge® profiles are adapted to each joint course on site and can be grinded flush “to the same level”.

The assembly of the prefabricated and immediately available profiles is quick and easy – depending on the design, these can be fully loaded or trafficked again within a few hours.
